Clients Doing Good: The Middletown Dream Home Raffle

PPR Strategies is thrilled to be working on a very unique and exciting fundraising project, the Middle Town Dream Home Raffle.

Former Middletown residents, Mark and Donna Gaver, graciously donated a house that will give one lucky winner the home of their dreams, and will help to raise one million dollars towards the renovation of their hometown high school’s athletic facilities.

The raffle is sponsored by the Middletown High School Sports Club, a non-profit organization that serves as the fundraising team for all sports at Middletown High School.

The home features four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a two-car garage, and is appraised at $475,000.

It’s located in the Cone Branch Estates neighborhood, an attractive, safe, and low-key neighborhood in Middletown, Maryland. A suburb of Washington D.C., Middletown has a low crime rate, historic nature and close-knit charm.

The Gavers are both alumni and former athletes at Middletown High School and they have high hopes that their kindness will restore the old stadium, built in 1970, to a new splendor.

Funds raised will help improve seating areas, concession stand, restroom facilities, entrance and ticket booth areas, grandstand and track and field events areas.

The Gavers and the Middletown High School Sports Club hope to sell fifteen thousand $100 tickets between now and the June 13, 2013 raffle drawing at the Hollow Creek Golf Club.
