Is there a secret formula to sharing content?

Is there a secret formula to exactly how often you should be posting content or reaching out to people 1:1?

Consider all the ways you create touch-points with your potential customers…

  • Sending personal emails
  • Connecting on Facebook or LinkedIn
  • Sending personal messages on Facebook or LinkedIn
  • Posting on social media
  • Sending newsletters
  • Posting on your blog

And the list goes on!

It can feel confusing to know what’s the right amount of outreach and what’s too much.

Should you be doing these things once a day? Once a week?

The answer is…

It depends. (Nope, there’s not a secret formula!)

What it really comes down to is:

A good rule of thumb is to make sure that everything you share adds value.

Every single thing you send, everything that you publish, every touch point that you make with a partner, colleague, or client needs to be very purposeful.

With every piece of content you put in the world, you are representing your brand. There’s no need for perfection, but there is a need to always be of value.

Use that as your primary goal and guidepost!
