And the list goes on!

It depends. (Nope, there’s not a secret formula!)
What it really comes down to is:
A good rule of thumb is to make sure that everything you share adds value.
Every single thing you send, everything that you publish, every touch point that you make with a partner, colleague, or client needs to be very purposeful.
With every piece of content you put in the world, you are representing your brand. There’s no need for perfection, but there is a need to always be of value.
