- Set realistic goals and keep track of your progress. Many people focus solely on long-term goals. However, it is healthy to keep a balance of both short-term and long-term goals so that you will not be easily discouraged. Short-term goals allow you to focus on the present, and long-term goals allow you to set your sights on the future If you have a combination of the two, you will feel driven to achieve both so that your current life and future are fulfilling. A calendar or organizer are common tools for keeping track of goals, but blogs or even social media applications can be used for this purpose.

Yet, we still find ourselves searching for new tips and tricks so that our lives will have a little more order.
